e-DocsHub is a private agency. We are not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs or any other official institution.
Our role
Norgenic SL (e-docshub.com) helps individuals prepare their Australian citizenship applications: we check eligibility, provide document checklists, review applications for completeness and answer questions. Australian citizenship is granted solely by the Australian Government. We do not process, approve or issue citizenship, and we never make the final decision.
You can apply without us
You can lodge an Australian citizenship application yourself, directly with the Department of Home Affairs, at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au. In that case you only pay the government fee. Our service is optional and is aimed at people who prefer expert help.
Fees
Our service fee ranges from 99 to 199 AUD. It is separate from, and in addition to, the government application fee set by the Department of Home Affairs.
No guarantee of outcome or timing
We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved, nor influence or shorten government processing times, test appointments or ceremony dates.
