1. Provider

These Terms govern the services offered by Norgenic SL (CIF B67882019), Av. Jaume I, 95, 1º, 08226 Terrassa (Barcelona), Spain, through e-docshub.com and its application area. Contact: Email (enable JavaScript).

2. Nature of the service

We provide private assistance with Australian citizenship applications: eligibility review, document guidance, application preparation and review, and support. We are not a government body. The decision on any application rests exclusively with the Australian Government. You can apply directly with the Department of Home Affairs without using our services.

3. Prices and payment

  • Our service fee ranges from 99 to 199 AUD, depending on the service selected. The final price is shown before payment, including any applicable taxes.
  • The government application fee is separate. It is set by the Australian Government and paid to it.
  • Payment is made online by the methods shown during checkout.

4. Contracting process

  1. You complete the online form and choose the service.
  2. You review the summary and the total price, accept these Terms and pay.
  3. You receive an email confirming your order and reference number. The contract is concluded in English.

5. Your obligations

  • Provide complete, truthful and up-to-date information and genuine documents.
  • Reply to our requests for information within a reasonable time.
  • Review the final application before it is lodged. You remain responsible for the declarations you make to the Australian Government.

We may stop working on a case if we detect false information or documents.

6. Our obligations

  • Provide the service with professional diligence and in accordance with current official requirements.
  • Keep you informed of the status of the work we do.
  • Treat your data confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations

We do not guarantee approval of any application or particular processing times, test or ceremony dates, all of which depend on the Australian Government. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not permit such a limitation.

8. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

9. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence or to the competent consumer authorities.
